I have already done that. I guess the problem when I choose from Woodmart > shop > wish-list the English version. It appears English in both and If I choose the Arabic. It appears Arabic for both as well.

First of all thanks for choosing our Theme, we are glad to be you in WoodMart WordPress family :-).
You can check by uploading a new photo from Dashboard >> Media. Our theme does not create further copies of the same image.If you are using any third party plugins then deactivate all your third party plugins and then check back with theme default plugins.
It’s a default WooCommerce functionality that it just crop the same image while displaying on different places.

1) I have seen your screenshots, “Missing field “image” shown, those are just the precautions and just like suggestions to improve the code for SEO purposes. Nothing to worry about it.
2) In general, our theme is already optimized and don’t have too many resources to make your website slow. Most likely, your website performance suffers from the content you have added to your website. It may happen in case of too many plugins, large not optimized images or other resources. So we suggest you to remove unnecessary plugins, install some kind of JS & CSS optimizing plugins like Better WordPress Minify and caching plugin like WP Super Cache or use WP Rocket for both tasks. Also, you can use GTmetrix tool to see what makes your website slow and optimize these parts of your website.
