Eliminate render-blocking JavaScript and CSS in above-the-fold content

Hello,

While checking the site performance through Google PageSpeed, I noticed the error “Eliminate render-blocking JavaScript and CSS in above-the-fold content”

This error only comes in Mobile section and not for Desktop section(see screenshots).
So any help to solve this issue for mobile users is a great help.
